Guided yoga flows for those who are new to yoga or advanced in the practice to create a balanced mind and body connection. Dr. Sarah Demarest offers one-on-one teaching, as well as small group and large group classes. Her sessions are focused on reducing stress and pain, creating length and mobility, and detoxifying the body and mind.
